Laba Festival or Laba Rice Porridge Festival, is a traditional Chinese festival celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month. It is also called "Laba Rice Porridge Festival" because people traditionally eat Laba Congee or Laba Rice Porridge on this day.
