Hold the vomit bag with your hand at the bottom so it stays open.When you feel the need to vomit, try to aim for the bottom of the bag.
When you are done, carefully fold the top of the bag downwards to close it. Remember to wash your hands and face thoroughly with soap and water after using a vomit bag.
